University of York Riding Club
The University of York Riding Club is open to anyone with an interest in equestrian sports. We have weekly lessons suitable for those who have never sat on a horse before through to advanced riders. There is scope to do flat work, show jumping, cross country and hacking within the club. As well as this we have a variety of socials and trips to equine events, plus the opportunity to volunteer with our local riding for the disabled group. We also have two equestrian teams who compete in BUCS competitions throughout the year.
We're a really fun, friendly club aiming to allow anyone and everyone the chance to learn to ride or improve their riding and most of all have fun! We also have BUCS affiliated equestrian teams.
